CPWA®

David J. Kubik is the President of Transform Wealth. David has 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has an extensive level of expertise in the fixed income markets. Leveraging this experience combined with his comprehensive analytical processes, David strategically builds portfolios for clients focused on creating efficient and reliable streams of income while minimizing risk exposure levels. David is a critical member of the investment team and oversees many of the fixed income investment strategies at Transform Wealth.

David started his career in Chicago at the Institutional Fixed Income firm of Griffin, Kubik, Stephens, and Thompson. David was also the Vice President and Regional Manager at Alliance Bernstein, a New York-based asset management firm and was Vice President of Institutional Wealth Management at Colorado State Bank and Trust (BOKF). David holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. David is also a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, and earned this designation from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Having spent much of his career managing the assets for institutional investors, David recognized the significant divergence between the quality of asset management received by individual investors and that of institutional investors. David has also found that for individual investors, few areas in life can cause as much stress as uncertain or mismanaged finances. It is David’s vision that clients of Transform Wealth are empowered to shift from feeling confused, overwhelmed, anxious, and uncertain to seeing their financial lives with more purpose, direction, peace, and confidence. It is David’s desire for clients to live their vision of an extraordinary life and is thankful for the opportunity to play a role in their achieving that vision.

David currently serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Denver Seminary. David has a passion for the underserved children in our communities and has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Clayton Early Learning. Additionally, David sits on the Advisory Board of the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy at Regis University. David resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife Kate and three children. They have a deep passion for their family, friends, community, and church.
