Kyle Gentile

Kyle Gentile is a Managing Director of Strategy at Transform Wealth, where he focuses on the firm’s overall M&A efforts in addition to various growth-oriented initiatives throughout the firm. Kyle is also focused heavily on Transform Wealth’s TAMP and TWMP investment offerings for independent RIAs and advisors throughout the country.

Having spent more than a decade in the financial services industry working with wealth management firms, Kyle has always been struck by Transform’s growth mindset and the management team’s ability to maintain Transform’s client centric values and culture as the business has successfully integrated multiple transactions in a short period of time. Kyle believes Transform’s financial planning-centric approach is a key differentiator to the firm’s success as Transform has been one of the first financial planning-centric firms in the industry dating back to the original founding of the business more than 40 years ago.

Prior to joining Transform, Kyle was one of the earliest members of the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Focus Financial Partners where he helped to execute over 40 transactions between Focus and independent Registered Investment Advisors. In addition to spending his time in a business development and deal execution role, Kyle would work closely with Focus partner firms in a consultative capacity to help execute on the partner firm’s strategic vision. It is through Kyle’s time at Focus that he got to know Nathan and David Kubik, and ultimately after working closely together for several years Kyle joined the Transform Wealth business.

Kyle began his career working on the sales desk for MainStay Investments, a subsidiary of New York Life Insurance. Kyle eventually would lead MainStay’s Northern California sales efforts based out of San Francisco. Throughout his college years, Kyle worked for a Barron’s Top 100 ranked private wealth management team at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York City.

Kyle graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in International Relations and a minor in Business. He was a four-year member of Lehigh’s Varsity Lacrosse Team, a four-year member of the Patriot League Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll and also served as Vice President of the Lehigh Athletic Department’s Student Athlete Leadership Council. Kyle graduated from Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY and currently serves as a Board Member representing Chaminade’s Athletic Alumni Association. Kyle is also an active participant in the Lehigh Lacrosse Mentorship program helping student-athletes make successful transitions to their post college career ambitions.

Kyle and his wife, Beth, welcomed their first child in March 2021.
