Sandi Chapman has 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. Recently joining Transform Wealth as a Senior Financial Advisor, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing individuals, families, organizations, and endowments’ investment portfolios. She enjoys taking a financial planning approach initially, so that she can fully understand a client’s particular situation, overall financial picture, and long-term goals. By customizing her approach, it allows her to tailor an investment strategy for each individual client’s situation, and prioritize what is most important to them. Her emphasis on building relationships through active listening and building trust has served her well in working with many individuals, as well as their families over time, and through various stages of their lives. She believes in active management, and adding value by being disciplined, and proactive in an ever-evolving financial environment.
She began her career in financial services in 1992 working for Oppenheimer Funds. Most of her career has been spent with Charles Schwab & Co., where she worked full time, while attending school at the University of Colorado at Denver for Finance. On top of that, she earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2001. During her career at Schwab, she was instrumental in their evolution into advice for individual investors, and helped pioneer Schwab Private Client in 2002. For a period of time, she was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom, where she managed her own portfolio for income, and owned a photography business. More recently, she worked for BOK Financial as a Senior Wealth Advisor for approximately 4 years, and is now embarking on an exciting opportunity with Transform Wealth.
Sandi has two daughters, Sarah is 16, and Missy is 12. She loves being a mom, and you can find her busy at ice skating rinks or cheer competitions trying to keep up with her active girls. Recently married five years ago, she then became the stepmom to 4 amazing kids, now ranging in ages from 13 to 20. With 3 boys and 3 girls now, she is the modern version of the Brady Bunch, and even more active with school, baseball, and dance. She also has two Dachshunds, Lilly and Rawlie, who provide additional companionship and love to a large family. She serves on the Board of Directors for Project Angel Heart, a wonderful non-profit that provides medically-tailored meals to Coloradans dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Sandi is a native Coloradan, and enjoys the mountains, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
